Dr. Jeffrey S. MollÉ

New Project 2

Physician

Dr. Jeffrey MollÉ was born and raised in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio. He is the son of a bricklayer and a typical middle child with four siblings. Despite his Slavic ancestry, Dr. MollÉ (pronounced as MÛ-lay) explains that his surname is of French origin which translates as “soft” – and with a chuckle, he states that it obviously defines his touch with patients.

Dr. MollÉ’s grandparents moved to the United States of America from Europe to pursue the American dream. He however expressed that his dream was achieved through education, which all started under the stern oversite by the Sisters of Notre Dame. He later earned a B.A. in Biology from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio, and M.D. from the Ohio State College of Medicine. He completed his Residency in General Surgery in 1995 at Mt. Carmel Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.

During the past 30 years, Dr. MollÉ practiced General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, and Wound Care Management. He is board certified in General Surgery and Wound Care, and consistent with his passion to expand his knowledge and skills in medicine to better serve his patients, he has joined Espinoza Vein Institute with the aim of pursuing the field of Phlebology – study of veins. With excitement, he shared that since he first began his career as a physician, there have been many advancements made in the field of phlebology and he is looking forward to combining this new pathway of knowledge with his 30 years of experience as a surgeon with the hope of making a difference in the lives of patients with vein disease.

Dr. MollÉ is very family oriented, which makes him a suitable fit at Espinoza Vein Institute. He feels blessed for his beautiful family and is grateful for their support over the years. He has been married for 35 years to his beautiful wife, Neysa, and has 2 wonderful children, Julia and David. In his pastime, away from medicine, he enjoys fishing, gardening and oil painting. He resides in Blythewood, South Carolina, having practiced in other States over the years. He does admit to loving South Carolina particularly for the weather and its citizens, as they each bring a ‘warm’ smile to his face.
