Kathy-Ann Espinoza serves as Chief Operating Officer of Espinoza Vein Institute, where she leads the operational strategy, patient experience, and organizational performance of the practice.
With over 30 years of professional experience spanning finance, human resources, and executive administration, Kathy-Ann brings a strong foundation in leadership, systems development, and operational excellence. She is a graduate of The University of the West Indies and began her career in a state-owned oil and gas organization, where she developed a disciplined, results-driven approach to management.
At Espinoza Vein Institute, Kathy-Ann is responsible for building the infrastructure that supports high-quality, physician-led care. She has played a central role in developing efficient clinical workflows, strengthening team performance, and implementing systems that ensure consistency, accountability, and an exceptional patient experience.
Together with her husband, Dr. Paul Espinoza, she forms a unique leadership partnership that blends advanced medical expertise with a deep commitment to patient-centered care. Their shared vision is to restore the essence of traditional medicine—where patients are heard, respected, and given the time they deserve—while integrating modern advancements that improve outcomes and efficiency.
