He began practicing phlebology in 2005—at a time when the specialty was still emerging—and was among the early physicians in the state to focus exclusively on vein care. Since then, he has built a high-volume, physician-led practice grounded in precision, consistency, and measurable outcomes.
Dr. Espinoza holds dual board certifications in Family Medicine and Venous & Lymphatic Medicine and has advanced credentials in vascular imaging as both a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) and a Registered Phlebology Sonographer (RPhS). This unique combination allows him to independently diagnose and treat venous disease using ultrasound-guided techniques—enhancing both accuracy and continuity of care.
His foundation in family medicine continues to shape his clinical approach, emphasizing comprehensive evaluation and individualized treatment plans rather than isolated symptom management.
As Founder of Espinoza Vein Institute, Dr. Espinoza has built a practice centered on physician-led care, advanced diagnostics, and accountability for outcomes. The clinic’s growth has been driven largely by patient and physician referrals—a reflection of consistent results and a strong reputation within the community.
Dr. Espinoza remains actively engaged in continuing education and regularly attends national and international conferences to stay at the forefront of advancements in venous and lymphatic medicine.
Outside of his professional work, Dr. Espinoza values time with his family and enjoys carpentry, gardening, and auto racing. Together with his wife, Kathy-Ann, he is committed to building a practice grounded in integrity, purpose, and service to others.
